Return / Exchange / Refund Policy

For ADDIESKIN watches purchased only through this website, addieskinwatches.com (excluding purchases through Amazon, AliExpress, or other websites), you can apply for a return/exchange within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of receipt of the products (based on the delivery date recorded in the logistics document).

Please note that returns, exchanges, and refunds are available only for quality problems. The following situations do not meet our return/exchange/refund conditions:

  • The customer changes their mind, orders items by mistake, finds a better price, finds that items do not fit as expected, wants to change an address, or is not at home during delivery.
  • The watch has been damaged by the customer, for example by a fall or collision.
  • The watch has been worn for a few days, but the customer no longer likes it.
  • Color differences between photographs and the actual product are not considered quality problems.

Return / Exchange / Refund Conditions

  1. The products are sent back within the stated return/exchange period.
  2. The products are in their original condition: intact, unused, and unaltered, with no stains or cosmetics on them. Their condition must not affect resale.
  3. The outer packaging is intact, including the plastic bag or box. Please do not stick tape or labels directly on our watch boxes; place the watch box inside another box or bag. All accessories, instructions, tags, and labels must be kept intact.
  4. If the product or parcel includes promotional gifts, please return them in the condition in which they were received. If a gift cannot be returned, we reserve the right to charge its indicated price.

  • An exchanged item will be sent to the delivery address on the original order. If the delivery address has changed, please inform customer service in advance.

For returned products, we will issue a refund of the actual payment within 2 business days after receiving the products and confirming that the return conditions and requirements have been met.

The time it takes for a refund to reach your account depends on your bank or payment platform and may be up to 10–15 business days. If a return does not meet the conditions or requirements, we will contact you and return the products at your cost.

Warranty Policy

Customers can receive a two-year warranty for ADDIESKIN watches purchased through our official website, addieskinwatches.com, excluding orders from Amazon, AliExpress, or other websites.

The two-year warranty covers the watch movement only. It excludes customer-caused damage, repairs, or opening of the watch, and does not cover the glass, case, strap, crown, or other exterior parts.

Customers need to send the watch to the address in China. The return process is the same as the return/exchange/refund process above.
